New Most Wanted Fugitive

A Honduran man suspected in the strangling death of a 5-year-old girl in Philadelphia seven years ago has been added to our Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Alexis Flores, a convicted felon, is linked to the crime scene by DNA evidence. His addition to our Most Wanted list raises the reward for information leading to his arrest up to 0,000.
