New Auto Theft Twist Cloning

A gang of car thieves trolls the parking lot of an upscale retail mall until they find what they want: a shiny new SUV. Within seconds they've driven away. But they don't sell it to a chop shop. Instead they turn to the most lucrative scam on the block. It's called "car cloning" and here's how it works.
